With the rapid development of technology, containerized barrels have gradually become the mainstream product in liquid packaging. Can store Class II and III dangerous goods. The liquid density of Class II hazardous materials is 1.5g/cm3, and the liquid density of Class III hazardous materials is 1.8g/cm3. The product layout is reasonable, stable, and sturdy, and can be directly loaded and unloaded with forklifts, and can be stacked for storage. The bottom of the product is equipped with an exhaust valve, which is convenient and easy to clean. It can be reused multiple times, save energy, and protect the environment.
Precautions for filling ton barrels
1. Before filling, check the bottom valve for leaks.
2. Before filling, the ton bucket needs to be grounded with static electricity. Due to the fact that the outer side of the ton bucket cannot be directly connected to anti-static facilities, our company needs to take the following protective measures before filling:
1. Set up long and thin stainless steel pipes, with one end inserted into the bottom of the plastic ton bucket from the feeding port. The entire pipeline needs to be wrapped with copper wire to enhance static discharge;
2. The outer pipeline of the ton bucket is connected to the electrostatic grounding instrument and equipped with an alarm system;
3. The outer iron frame of the ton bucket also needs to be connected to the electrostatic grounding instrument and equipped with an alarm system;
3. Seal the nitrogen recovery cylinder with a thin copper tube at the mouth of the ton barrel;
4. When filling, spray water and cool around the ton bucket;
5. In the hot season, it should be filled sooner or later. If the bucket is hot (with heat) before filling, it should be covered, watered, and cooled before filling.
6. Pay attention to controlling the flow rate during filling, and the flow rate should not be too fast or slow.
7. When filling, cover the inlet of the plastic ton bucket with insulation, fireproof, and anti-static asbestos cloth to eliminate the gas volatilization during the filling process
