IBC finished product fully automatic assembly line
The company is equipped with a fully automated assembly line, from frame forming to finished product assembly, which can be easily operated through a microcomputer touch interface to achieve automated production. From scattered galvanized pipes to formed outer frames, only one operator is needed to complete. While improving work efficiency, it greatly reduces the defect rate of products and ensures product quality.
Strict testing process
Stacking Test
Fill the container with 98% of the nominal capacity of water, stack a 4600kg weight object on the top, and let it stand at room temperature for 24 hours. The product will not collapse, deform, or leak.
Hydraulic test
Inject a pressure of 100KPa into the container, maintain the pressure for 10Min at room temperature, and ensure that the ton barrel does not break or leak.
Drop Test
Fill the container with not less than 98% of the nominal capacity of refrigerant to reduce the temperature inside the container to -18 ° C, allowing the product to fall from a height of 1.9m, without cracking or leakage of the contents.
vibration test
Inject not less than 98% of the nominal capacityThe liquid adopts a vertical sine wave with an amplitude of 25mm and a double amplitude of 5% for 1 hour. It can intermittently insert a
1.6mm thick, 50mm wide metal plate at the bottom, and insert at least 100mm.
